What is the general return policy on AsterVeda Products?

In case you are not contented with our products, please inform us within 14 days of the date of receipt of purchased product.

Eligibility criteria for return/refund:

  1. Defective product

  2. The product is not as per advertised characteristics or features 

  3. Unused product in original pre-purchase condition

  4. Damage or breakage by the customer is not acceptable

  5. Products which are not tampered and Serial/UPC number is intact.

  6. Product has to be returned back in its original packaging box, original invoice and price tag.

  7. Product can be returned only within 14 days of receipt date

  • If in case the returned product does not satisfy the eligibility criteria, then no refund will be issued and the product will be sent back to you.

  • As per your request, refund or product exchange will be issued to you.

  • In refund cases of online/card purchases, moneyback will be done in the same bank account.

  1. What to do in case of defective/different product delivery?
    In such circumstances, please inform us within the 48 hours of receipt of the product with relevant images of the received item in the original package box, price tags and invoice. 
    On receiving the returned product, our inspecting team will decide upon the further action.
  2. What are the available payment options?
    Payment methods currently available with AsterVeda are : Wallets, Netbanking, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI and Cash on Delivery
  3. How to arrange for a pickup for the product return/exchange? 
    Please contact us first in order to initiate a return. You will be explained the process by call or email.
    Returns/refunds may not be applicable for orders delivered outside India.
  4. In how many days will the money be refunded?
    The money will be refunded in 14 working days from the date refund approval.
  5. In how many days will the exchanged product be delivered?
    The exchanged product will be delivered to you in 14 working days after your request approval.
  6. Can I cancel the order after placing it due to some reason?
    Yes, if the order has not been processed/ approved by us. Then you will get your refund amount within 14 working days. 
    In case of the orders that have already been processed, the cancellation would not be entertained...
